“Products” refers to online courses, digital downloads, and any other offerings available through our website.
“Platform” refers to our website, including the learning management system (Tutor LMS) and e-commerce functionality (WooCommerce).
3. Account Registration
To purchase and access our courses, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Products & Services
Our products are digital online courses delivered through our learning management system. Upon purchase:
- You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content
- Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only
- Course content may be updated from time to time at our discretion
- We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update course content without notice
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already completed.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date by contacting us at the email address listed on our Contact page.
Refund conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
- We may ask for brief feedback to help us improve
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds) may result in future purchase restrictions
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our courses — including but not limited to text, videos, audio, images, graphics, course materials, the S.A.F.E. Roadmap, the C.O.N.F.I.D.E.N.T. Method, and branding — is the intellectual property of Your Aussie Uncle / SpeakAussie and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course content with others
- Record, screenshot, or capture course video or audio content
- Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any of our content
- Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without written permission

- Attempt to access content you have not purchased
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding our products or services:
- Contact us first — we will endeavour to resolve the matter informally within 14 business days
- Mediation — if we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may refer the matter to mediation administered by the Australian Disputes Centre (ADC)
- Governing law — these Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales
13. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). If our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having the services re-supplied.
