The 90-Second Aussie — 14-Day Refund Policy

A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to purchases of The 90-Second Aussie (speak.youraussieuncle.com.au).

To request a refund, email support@youraussieuncle.com.au within 14 calendar days of purchase with the subject “Refund Request — 90-Second Aussie” and include your full name and the email address used at checkout.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Upon refund, your access to the app is immediately revoked. You must delete any downloaded audio or other materials; continued use after refund violates these terms.

Beyond the 14-day window, requests are assessed individually at our discretion. This policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We are confident in the value of the Complete Aussie Workplace English Course and believe that if you follow through with our instructions, you will see real improvement in your workplace English skills and confidence.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase after giving the Course a genuine go, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions set out below.

Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee, you must:

How to Request a Refund

Please include the subject line “Refund Request” along with your full name and the email address used at purchase.

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at purchase.

After the 30-Day Period

Refund requests made after the 30-day period will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide a refund after this period unless required by Australian Consumer Law (see Section 7 below).

Effect of Refund

Upon processing a refund, your access to all Course materials will be revoked immediately. This includes the private community group, live Q&A sessions, bonus content, and interactive apps.

You must delete any downloaded materials in your possession. Continued use of Course materials after a refund has been processed constitutes a breach of our Terms and Conditions.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This Refund Policy does not limit or override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Course has a major failure or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund regardless of this policy.
